Billet 4140 Chrome Moly steel
Hardened
Tempered
Nitrided
Shotpeen stress relieved
4.1kg for racing use and the ultimate response or 6kg for a good balance perfect for daily use (std ~ 12kg)

The bulk of material mass is concentrated around the centre of the flywheel to provide maximum heat dissapation from the friction surface and to allow maximium response by minimising rotational inertia

Special cooling channels at the centre and outer diameter maximise airflow and minimise weight whilst retaining the required structural integrity for ultra high rpm and loads.
